Latest up date
Well things have been kind of busy- which is good really!
Our second son got married 22 may, and that’s the last of the three.
Married!! I would say that’s the job done….but hey, I don’t think it is!
There has been work done on my Bike “The Dead Crow”. Kevin Leydon has finished the exhaust system: the next step here is to heat wrap the front half of the pipes. He has also added the new “OLD” claxton horn….he makes them!! Sean is making the Crow’s skull for the front guard, I’m going to make the feathers (out of steel), and CJ the son found the saddle bags, which I think are going to be kinda different! Can’t see it being finished any time soon, so Iguess it’s going to be an ongoing, evolving project.
What’s coming up on the Horizon? Well, I’m heading to a Swap Meet in Rotorua in July, then hopefully the Hot Rod Show Swap Meet at Manfield in August, and finally I’m booked into the International Tattoo show in November (27/28) at New Plymouth. Hope to see you at any or all of those events!
Thanx to Minty!!
Well here go’s again…..on with the Blog!
Since I have started doing the Blog, and told more people about the web site…have had a jump in interest in it. Most seem to get back to me with favourable comments, which is just fine by me. Now this is where I owe Minty (from www.nectarine.co.nz ), a huge thanks….as it was Minty and Bek that built this site. Which in turn has given me the platform to show what I do to the world….and that is more than just fun, it’s a huge Buzz. so thanks Guy’s….it is appreciated.
I’m kind of busy at the moment….as among other things the youngest son gets married on the 22 May….his older brother got married in Feb….then that’s it he’s the last of the three to get married..
I’m currently working on a new design for belts, based on Pin designs and Rockabilly….will post some images when I’m happy with what I’m doing with it.
A great article in the Wairarapa Times-Age, covering his 17 years of leather work and art, and the way US DJ Corey Mason found him via the web-site and ordered a fantasy helmet.
